What's Outside
The Lindens is set within its own gardens and grounds behind a high brick wall at the edge of the village of East Lulworth. The 4 acres of woodlands and gardens are completely private.
The South facing front lawn is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. You can also step out from the Kitchen/Breakfast Area onto a big terrace with a barbecue and plenty of tables and chairs for al fresco dining. There are another two huge lawns with plenty of room for games or just running around, and acres of woodland and gardens to explore.
The large heated outdoor pool is set in a South facing stone terrace close to the house, walled and gated for safety. The pool is open from May to September. At the far end of the garden is an immaculate tennis court, with all weather surface.
A short walk from the main terrace is the games room, in a converted Coach House. There’s a pool table, table football, table tennis and loads of fun stuff for children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. Just the place for the kids to hang out - or mums and dads to let off steam. Tennis, football, cricket and croquet equipment is available in the games room.
Children will also love the playground set amongst the trees with swings and a king-size trampoline with safety surround.
From the garden you can head out for a short stroll or set off on more adventurous walks - down to the pub, into the Castle and grounds, over fields to the lake and the nature reserve beyond - or through the Dorset countryside and down to the sea.
