The most wonderful seaside break in a large cottage by the sea is waiting for you.  Our large houses are perfect for family holidays, get togethers or special occasions.  We have three fabulous large houses by the Sea sleeping 12-18: Studland Bay House in Dorset sleeping 12, Webbery Barton Barn in North Devon sleeping 16 and The Lindens in Dorset sleeping 18

 Studland Bay House is a grand, Edwardian house in a fantastic location with views out to sea and direct access to the beach at Studland Bay.  It sleeps 12 in great style and luxury.

Webbery Barton Barn is a stylish big barn conversion just inland of the North Devon coast.  With its huge oak beams, high ceilings and large grounds it makes a fantastic base for a holiday.

The Lindens is a stunning 18th century manor house refurbished to a top end luxury specification with wonderful period features.  It is a few miles inland from the breathtaking natural scenery of Lulworth Cove - part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site.  There are 9 bedrooms, sleeping 18, and huge, beautifully furnished reception spaces.

Whatever you want to do, you can do it at your Big Cottage by the Sea. You’ll find big spaces to enjoy, both inside and out. Whether it’s relaxing in the pool at the Lindens or in the grounds, heading to the beach or kicking back in front of the giant home cinema, we’ve got it covered. 

We’ve simply loads for children of all ages to do, both on site and nearby. There’s space for everyone - adults, teenagers, children and toddlers - to do their own thing. Yet, at the day’s end, you can all be together for the big dining experience around your enormous oak table.  You may just not want to go home!
