There are floor to ceiling French windows on three sides of the room, opening up onto the terrace on one side. Plus a 50" TV with full Sky package, Apple hi-fi and lots of children's toys, books and dvds.
Next to the Drawing Room is a huge library of books and a very good piano. From the library you can step through to the Snug, which is a charming room in the oldest part of the house, with ancient flagstones, more books and lovely views onto the garden.
The Dining Room is another tlarge, riple aspect room with views over the gardens and the hills. There is a huge oak table with ample room for 16 to dine together. The Kitchen is luxuriuosly equipped, with a built in American fridge freezer, cooker, steamer and even an indoor barbecue, plus a lovely oak table for breakfast, children's meals, chatting and chopping.
There is a second kitchen through the hall, with a second dishwasher, fridge and cooker - handy for big meals. There's also a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. And if you're looking for a games room, it's just outside across the driveway.
