Studland Bay House is a grand, fully restored Edwardian house in an unrivalled position just above Studland Bay in Dorset on the glorious Purbeck coast with Sandbanks and Poole Harbour nearby.
This house is in the most exceptional location, overlooking Studland Bay with acres and acres of mature gardens and woodland. You can just wander down through the gardens straight on to Studland Bay beach - famous for being one of the best beaches in Europe. Enjoy three miles of golden, safe, sandy beach and dunes with gently shelving waters and gaze out at views of Old Harry Rocks and the Isle of Wight. Managed by the National Trust there is a Visitors' Centre and many watersports on offer including sailing, kayaking and windsurfing.
Inside the house, a large panelled entrance hall opens onto a drawing room, snug, dining room, kitchen and butler's room.
An oak staircase leads to the first and second floor bedrooms where there are nine kingsize rooms sleeping 12 in comfort. From here, look out at the wonderful views over the gardens to the sea.
Studland Bay House makes a wonderful setting for a really memorable family holiday or special weekend. It is the perfect spot for a magical wedding or party, with plenty of room for a marquee in the grounds.
