The Hope Cove commands the highest position on the hillside above the village and has unrivalled sea views and open countryside at the rear.  The house is just 5 minutes walk from the charming sandy beaches of Hope Cove, which also has all the essentials of a quaint sea side village with a traditional pub, two hotels open to non residents, a post office and general store.

The village is set in the beautiful South Hams, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the coast between Salcombe and Thurlestone.  And the house itself is set on the South West coast path and with many public footpaths meandering over the many invigorating coastal paths of South Devon it offers an ideal location for walking or for just sitting and relaxing, watching the stunning sun sets on the wrap around decking.
