What's Outside
Hill House is set on its own in two acres of gardens with fantastic views of rolling Cotswold countryside. The gardens and grounds are completely private.
You can step out from the Drawing Room and Kitchen onto a big terrace with a barbecue and plenty of tables and chairs for al fresco dining. There's a massive lawn with plenty of room for games or just runing around, and two acres of mature gardens to explore and enjoy
The huge (12m by 6m) heated outdoor pool is set in a suntrap a short way from the house, fenced in for safety. There is a changing room and outdoor shower. Close by is the Astroturf tennis court - raquets and balls are provided.
Just across from the main terrace is the games room. There’s a pool table, table football, outdoor table tennis and loads of fun stuff for children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. Just the place for the kids to hang out - or mums and dads to let off steam.
Children will also love the playground with swings and a king-size trampoline with safety surround, tucked away in a wooded part of the garden.
The pool is open from May to September. The tennis court is open all year round.
