Cotswold Retreats for Families

 Wellacres House is the perfect setting for a wonderful short break for you and your family.  From Monday to Friday we welcome family groups of three to eight - at sensible prices based on the size of your group.

Both inside and out, you’ll be stunned by the big spaces.  Roam the grounds, relax in the outdoor pool or hot tub, or enjoy a quiet moment birdwatching in the garden, or strolling in the meadow. Head out on country walks and rambles straight from your front door or head off cycling. For toddlers and young children, there’s plenty of space in which to let off steam, including the paddocks' play area with swings and a giant trampoline with safety enclosures as well as the lawns and gardens.  Inside, there's plenty of toys for children of all ages.  Nearby, they’ll love the Cotswold Wildlife Park, Farm Park and Butterfly Farm.

Older children will enjoy the swimming pool (open May to October), hot tub and games room, including pool table and table football, and the acres of space to explore. There’s also the chance to try exciting new activities at the Rob Ireland country pursuits estate or head off to Warwick Castle, open all year round.

For adults, just around the corner lies gorgeous Chipping Campden, described as the 'flower of the villages of all England' on a local inscription. Paxford, Blockley and Broadway are equally delightful. All abound with restaurants and gastronomic pubs with crackling fires and welcoming smiles.

Back at base, you’ll find every conceivable luxury in a house complete with Cotswolds details and contemporary style.
