Function Room & What's Outside

Is 100 acres enough for you? Wander down to the River Axe for a picnic in the heart of the Axe Valley. Watch out for wildlife, or pop out at night and scan the big night skies for stars. Walk the woodlands and fields, relax in the courtyards or in the hot tubs, then fire up the barbecues. 

Hot Tubs

Hillside Barn has two hot tubs, set looking across the valley.  One hot tub is for the use of guests at the Milking Parlour; the other is shared between the other barns - and of course both are for everyone if you are a large group taking all the barns.

Function Room

The Function Room is a huge converted barn with its own well-stocked bar, kitchen, WCs, games area and masses of space for everyone to dine together.  A bouncy castle can even be set up inside if you would like..

Children welcome

Beyond the grounds that beg to be explored, the swings and hot tubs, bucketfuls of fun await at Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast. Elsewhere, ride the Seaton Tramway, visit the Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary, work the diggers at Diggerland, or ride the waves of adrenaline at Crealy Great Adventure Theme Park.
