Children Welcome

On a Big Cottage holiday, there’s something for everyone and all ages. That’s because we know that, if your children are happy, then so are you. There’s the heated outdoor swimming pool (open September to May), masses of space to run around, and acres of grounds to explore. In fact, different spaces and places for all ages.

We’ve cupboards filled with toys and board games, bookshelves groaning with books, and nooks and crannies ideal for playing whether on the lawn or around the grounds.

There’s a massive surround-sound TV with well-stocked video and DVD library.

Baby and Toddler Pack

Our pack includes a high chair, cot, toys and books for tots. There are also beakers, bowls, plates and cutlery for your children.  

Children

For slightly older children, there’s the playground, trampolines and playhouse - plus acres of gardens and grounds to play in. We’ve bags of toys including boxes of Lego and Brio railway.

Everything for Parents Too

You want to enjoy your children’s company, yet not have some of the worries of hotel living. That’s why we provide cots and high chairs and cover all electrical sockets with plug protectors. We also provide baby monitors. We want you to enjoy the huge spaces the house has to offer without worrying you may not hear your children.  With your own house even mealtimes are easy, as you can work to your own timetable.
