Reception Rooms

Oak House has two fantastic, glass-fronted reception rooms for you to relax and entertain in. Both have stunning uninterrupted countryside views down the valley to hills beyond and the old oak tree.

The Oak Room is a huge, oak-framed room with an apex ceiling showing off the oak beams and masses of comfy sofas. A wall of windows looks over the valley and there’s a giant home cinema at one end of the room with full Sky package. French windows open onto the entertainment terrace on one side, complete with hot-tub, and the stylish, sun-trap courtyard garden on the other, leading towards the pool terrace and games room.

The Family Room at Oak House is a huge, light open-plan living space, with a flagstone floor, fully equipped kitchen area, island for chopping or chatting, enormous dining space with a stunning oak table, and a relaxed, modern lounge area, complete with log-burning stove. French windows from the Family Room open out onto a big terrace with beautiful views down the valley. There’s a barbecue and plenty of garden furniture so that everyone can enjoy al-fresco dining.
