Oak House sleeps 12

For mid-week breaks only, Oak House is available without the adjacent Stable garden suites.  Oak House is a single storey converted barn with four bedrooms, all ensuite, sleeping 8, with ample extra room for cots.  And there's always room for more in the two big ensuite rooms in The Stables, each sleeping two.

The two stunning reception rooms offer bags of space to dine and relax in comfort.  Each opens out onto a completely private terrace with fantastic views over rolling Cotswold hills, an eight person hot tub , barbecue and access onto a big 3 acre paddock.  There’s also an enclosed, south facing courtyard garden, opening onto the pool terrace, with heated swimming pool and counter current to keep you fit.

Around the house are 7 acres of grounds to roam around and relax in, plus a games room and adventure playground. Inside and out, the house is fully loaded with every facility you need for a fantastic holiday.
