Pool, Gardens and Hot Tub

Wellacres House is set on its own in rolling Cotswold countryside.  The 6 acres of gardens and grounds are completely private.  You can step out from the Family Room onto a big terrace with a barbecue and plenty of tables and chairs for al fresco dining.  

The stylish heated outdoor pool is set in a decked terrace close to the house, fenced in for safety.  The hot tub close by.  The pool is open from May to September.  The hot tub is open all year round.

The gardens have  a big lawn with plenty of room for games or just running around, and a snail mound to climb- letting children and adults alike survey their domain.

A stone's throw away from the main terrace is the games room.  There’s a pool table, table football, outdoor table tennis and loads of fun stuff for children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. Just the place for the children to hang out - or mums and dads to let off steam.  Children will also love the playground hidden in the copse with swings and a king-size trampoline.
