Head off to The Adventure Centre at Lusty Glaze for abseiling, rock climbing and coasteering or try the Extreme Acadamy at Watergate Bay for kite surfing, stand-up paddle boarding and mountain boarding

Indulge yourself at The Scarlet Spa, a short walk away.  Open to day guests, dip into the log-fired hot tub or seaweed bath on the edge of the cliff

Spend time in Newqay, great for restaurants, Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium  

Visit the famous harbour town of Padstow further along the coast

Explore Bedruthan Steps, the legendary stepping stones of an ancient giant

Travel further north to Trevose Head, for a golf course with fabulous views
