What's Outside
Venture out of the cosiness of the property and you will find substantial grounds which include landscaped areas and an orchard with picnic benches. A wooded stream leads down to a lake where you can take out a row boat or go fishing (there are plenty of ghostie and mirror carp weighing over 20lbs). The grounds are rich in wildlife so you may spot an otter going down the river, starlings passing overhead, or even a kingfisher. Tregulland looks onto Cornwall's 'Twin Peaks', Rough Tor and Brown Willy, which is the highest point in the county. Rough Tor can be climbed in a short hour-long walk.
