The four Cotswolds houses are set in beautiful locations in different parts of the North Cotswolds, each with their own grounds and facilities.  You’ll find peace in abundance in our glorious, rural North Cotswolds settings, where you can enjoy your own Cotswold country house.  You’ll be surrounded by open countryside, big skies and wildlife, yet within easy reach of delightful local towns like Chipping Campden, Broadway, and Stratford-upon-Avon. And plenty of opportunities for country pursuits too.

The two seaside houses are in Dorset: The Lindens is just inland from Lulworth Cove, and Middle Chine Manor is a few minutes from the beach in Bournemouth, in a secluded, private setting.

Whatever the occasion you'll enjoy a stunning property, mixing period details with contemporary luxury. We believe some things simply make a holiday better - like space, comfort and plenty to do.  So you'll find a huge family room with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table big enough to seat all your family and friends together, a stylish lounge area with log-burning fire, and a stunning, light-filled drawing room. Then there’s the sumptuous bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms – perfect for a relaxing break.  With acres to spread out in, heated pools and private gardens, your large group can be as alone or together as you wish.

Your big cottage comes fully loaded for a great time - with a big range cooker, home cinema and Sky TV. There are terraced dining areas, barbecues and well-equipped kitchens.  For children, there’s a pool, a games room and a playground.  You’ll love the local gastro pubs, the country walks and the little extra touches that make these lovingly cared-for properties a welcoming home from home, like fires laid, cushions plumped up and breakfast hampers full of local produce.

You’ll also love the activities on offer, like country pursuits in a 45-acre Cotswolds estate just round the corner, pampering and children’s days out and in. Warwick Castle and the Cotswold Wildlife Park close by our Cotswolds properties. There is the Jurassic Coast to enjoy by the sea and lots of family days out in Dorset.  You can take up as many or as few of the extra services on offer as you like - you may want us to arrange catering for a full-blown dinner party, order that special cake or just pick our brains on the area. Wellacres is a beautifully renovated Cotswolds Grade II house sleeping 16.   Hill House and Meadowbank House are stunning Cotswold houses also sleeping 16.  Oak House is a converted Cotswold barn sleeping 12.  By the Sea we have The Lindens sleeping 18 and Middle Chine Manor sleeping 24-30.  All our houses are available all year round for week long holidays, weekend  and mid-week breaks.  There’s something for everyone on a Big Cottage holiday.
